Kristine Camron and Michelle Molin bring decades of combined experience serving entrepreneurs, investors, start-ups, and growth-stage companies. Their work spans a wide range of legal matters, including business formation, capitalization, employment, equity incentive plans, private securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Both Kristine and Michelle began their legal careers at Ice Miller LLP and together have over 50 years of experience providing practical legal and business solutions. Kristine has been consistently recognized as one of Indiana’s top corporate lawyers by The Best Lawyers in America® and Chambers USA.

With 17 years of executive leadership in a multigenerational family-owned enterprise, Michelle brings a comprehensive understanding of strategic leadership, operational execution, and governance in complex business environments. Her role extended far beyond legal counsel—serving as a trusted advisor at the intersection of legal, financial, and operational strategy.
